1.Removeallmediafromthedrivesandturnoffallattacheddevicesandtheserver.Then,disconnectall

powercordsfromelectricaloutletsanddisconnectallcablesthatareconnectedtotheserver.

6.Removealltheinstalledhot-swapstoragedrivesanddummytrays(ifany)fromthestorage-drivebays.

7.Recordthecableconnectionsonthebackplane,andthendisconnectallthecablesfromthebackplane.

3.5-inch-drivebackplanealittlebitupwardsothatitisreleasedfromthehooksonthechassis.Then,

carefullyremovethe3.5-inch-drivebackplaneoutofthechassis.
